About Us
The Kolli Foundation is registered under the Telangana Societies Registration Act., 2001. It’s Registration No. 57 of 2024. The Kolli Foundation came into existence as a result of the motivation and personal initiative of its founder, Ms. Kolli Kalpana, to enhance the socio-economic status of the underprivileged community. The Foundation aspires to improve the lives and livelihoods of the poor and marginalized community, especially students of these communities by adopting various strategies and approaches.-

Objectives of the Foundation
• To bring innovative changes in education, health, sustainable livelihoods, and women’s empowerment in the underprivileged communities, especially with women, children and youth by adopting various strategies and approaches.
• To organise awareness workshops and seminars on various development aspects to motivate and sensitization of the community.
• To build employability skills for creating sustainable livelihood opportunities.
• To establish partnership with multi stakeholders to attain their resources and support in planning and implementation of various development interventions for improving lives and livelihoods of the vulnerable community.

Awareness Programme on Hygienic Conditions and Higher Education
Conducted awareness programme on hygienic conditions of girl students and shaping future ideas on emerging opportunities in higher education. The programme conducted at Social Welfare Residential School, Vyra, Khammam district of Telangana on 6th March, 2024. About 200 students were participated in the programme.

Recognising the Labour of Female Bus Conductors
The Kolli Foundation has facilitated Female Bus Conductors of Khammam Bust Depot ro recognise their critical public services at the risk of personal lives of women on March 7, 2024. Under the foundation, we have also sensitising importance of women labour force in nation building.

Seminar on Higher Education and Job Opportunities
A seminar was conducted at Social Welfare Degree College at Palvancha to create awareness on opportunities on Higher Education and job opportunities. We have imparted knowledge on emerging higher educational opportunities, how to choose the course, and how to search about interested courses. We have also sensitised and motivated on various kinds of skills like communication, interpersonal relationships, handling emotions, team work, leadership, decision making, self-awareness, self-esteem, personal hygiene. About 100 students were participated in this seminar.

Strengthening of Anganwadi Centre
We have visited Anganwadi centre of Gangamma Colony, Gattu Malla Grama Panchayati on 25th May, 2024. We had interaction with Ms. Banooth Jyothi, Anganwadi teacher, about the centre and its functioning and discussed about if any problems at Anganwadi centre. We came to know that people of this habitation were migrated from Chhatisghad and living in Gangamma colony. They are very poor and their social identity is Gotti Koya. In the first instance, We have observed that there was a lack of toilet, safe drinking water and other essential facilities for children of Anganwadi centre. There are about 40 Tribal families living in. We assured them to provide toilet facility in the centre.

Financial Assistance to Satish
We came to know through a local person named Mr. Lagadapati Ramesh, Former Upa Sarpanch of Srinagar Village about Mr. Gubbula Satish who has been living in Barma Camp who has been bed ridden for the last few months due to his chronic leg cramps and other reasons as a result his both the legs are not working properly. We have visited his house and supported him in terms of distributing Rs 10,000 cash on behalf of our Foundation for his medical purpose.

Construction of Toilet at Anganwadi Centre
As part of Kolli Foundation’s vision and mission, we have visited the Anganwadi centre and assured to construct the toilet. As we assured that the Kolli Foundation will construct the toilet, we have constructed toilet room in the premises of the centre and handed over the toilet room.

Distribution of Note Books
We have received a request from Head Master of School. We have provided note books to students of poor families. We distributed note books to the students. We have also motivated the students and informed them not to demotivate about higher eduation. The distribtion of note books boosted their confidence. It was also informed them that students always have to do practice.

Medical Camp
The work of the Kollli Foundation Team has been blessed as we continue to build relationships with rural communities. We have conducted health camp with the cooperation of V-Care Multi Specialty Hospital, Khammam. Almost 150 people turned up for the camp from around 14 villages. Though continues rains hampered the services, we have arranged special transport services by using local Autos, our volunteers have mobilized people. We have conducted the program in the village of Mylaram of Laxmidevipally mandal of Bhadradri Kothagudem. Our medical services have demonstrated people’s strength by participating in the camp and their awareness for better health conditions. The managing members of V-Care Multi Specialty Hospital and volunteers and community leaders have committedly contributed their services to help rural people.

Distribution of Fruits and Food Packets
We have distributed fruits to poor families whose shelters and food grains drenched The floods. Kolli Foundation is involved with community food distribution during the floods at indiramma colony Wyra in the month of September, 2024. We distributed fruits and food packets to the poor and needy people who are deprived of the basic amenities during the floods. The main objective, as we thought, of the program is to provide relief during floods in the form of fruits and food packets to the families of poor people so that they can feel confident during the worst flood situations.
